Day 1 Tue London/Los Angeles
Fly Virgin Atlantic from Heathrow to Los Angeles arriving the same day. Transfer
to your hotel. Overnight Los Angeles.
Day 2 Wed Los Angeles/Las Vegas
Today you will meet with your tour escort. Then travel through the desert and
on to the man-made paradise of Las Vegas.
Day 3 Thurs Las Vegas
Full day to enjoy the glitz and lights of Las Vegas. Try your hand in the casino's,
take in a show or visit some of the spectacular hotels. The choice is yours!
Day 4 Fri Las Vegas/Fresno
Depart the exciting city of Las Vegas and drive through the mountains and Mojave
Desert to Fresno. Overnight Fresno.
Day 5 Sat Fresno/San Francisco
Early departure to visit Yosemite National Park. Free time to enjoy the beautiful
scenery of Yosemite Valley with it's wonderful cascading waterfalls and lakes,
massive granite domes and fragrant pine trees. In the late afternoon travel
through San Joaquin Valley to San Francisco, the 'City by the Bay' for a two
night stay.
Day 6 Sun San Francisco
This morning a city tour is included to Union Square, Chinatown, The Golden
Gate Bridge and Fisherman's Wharf. Afternoon at leisure to explore San Francisco,
visit famous Alcatraz Island, take a trip to quaint and pretty Sausalito or
shop until you drop in Union Square.
Day 7 Mon San Francisco/Santa Maria
Travel along stunning Pacific Coastline to the beautiful towns of Monterey and
Carmel and then to Santa Maria in the heart of California's central coast. Overnight
Santa Maria.
Day 8 Tue Santa Maria/Los Angeles
Depart Santa Maria for Los Angeles. En route you will visit Santa Barbara, known
as the 'American Riviera’ before arriving Los Angeles in the late afternoon.
Day 9 Wed Los Angeles/London
Time for last minute shopping, or sightseeing before catching the courtesy shuttle
bus to the airport for your Virgin Atlantic flight, arriving Heathrow the following
